Some of our products are made to order. Therefore, your order is subject to a specific processing time from the moment we receive your order until it is delivered.
Once delivered to the transport company, it takes between 1 (one) to 2 (two) business days to deliver the order, or more, depending on the destination.
Shipping will be handled by a trusted shipping company in Colombia. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the product's weight and delivery location. We ship throughout Colombia.
